ViTrox Americas Adds Wiley Unruh to Technical Support Team

ViTrox Americas Inc. is pleased to announce that Wiley Unruh has joined the company as Assistant Engineer, Technical Support. In this role, Wiley will support customers throughout the Americas with technical service, maintenance, and system integration for ViTrox’s advanced inspection platforms.

Wiley joins ViTrox with hands-on experience in automation and SMT manufacturing, having worked as a Methods and Process Technician at Flex Manufacturing in Austin, Texas. His background includes maintaining and troubleshooting SMT equipment, working with Fanuc robotics, and operating V810i S2 X-ray systems—giving him a strong foundation in the same technologies that drive ViTrox’s inspection solutions.

A graduate of Texas State Technical College with an associate degree in Robotics Technology, Wiley has a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. His blend of technical expertise and customer-focused mindset make him a great fit for ViTrox’s growing service and support team.

ViTrox’s inspection portfolio includes Smart 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Smart 3D Optical Inspection (AOI), and Smart 3D X-ray Inspection (AXI) systems, along with next-generation vision solutions for semiconductor applications. The company continues to expand its U.S. presence to better serve electronics manufacturers with local expertise and responsive technical support.
